Our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil — made from Barnea olives from 20-year-old trees on our Oxford Street olive grove in Martinborough. Every year is slightly different because of weather patterns. This 2025 Silver Medal winner was the ripest we’ve picked, therefore may come across milder than past years — the Barnea varietal’s signature bitterness slightly softened, giving us a well-balanced fruity oil, along with a surprising peppery tingle at the end. Aromas of grass, banana peel and creamy endnotes makes great pairing with soups, mezze platters, fresh/soft cheeses, or cooking with salmon, chicken, lentils, avocado, potatoes, quinoa and rice dishes.
