This is our seventh year of producing a Tuscan Estate Blend. This year there is an exact balance of Frantoio and Leccino in the blend. It is what the grove gives us. The 2022 Tuscan blend is of medium intensity and a GOLD medal winner again. The judges described it as "aroma of black pepper, almond and notes of green grass, lovely in the mouth with a lingering pleasant finish." It is a rich, balanced oil with a late pungency. Pair it with salads, steamed vegetables and drizzle on top of soups.
